MEASURE YOUR TIME
Time subjective experience of one's attention. To get started with your hyper-connected and happy journey, we need first to understand the concept of time and balance. So often, we struggle with the feeling of helplessness around the use of our time. To combat this, we need to objectively look at how we spend our time and align it to a happier life's fundamental properties, being active, getting rest, seeing friends, and having a purpose.
DEFINE YOUR VALUES
Values are the filters we have for our time. Once we understand our time, it's frequently desirable to measure other areas of our life to optimize our happiness; this is a mistake. Quantification as the first step in optimization is disastrous. Instead, the best first action you can take is to define your values and then measure from that point forward. "We don't know how to measure what we value, so we value what we measure."
EVOLVE YOUR HABITS
Habits are the subconscious priorities we have for our time. Our habits grow and change through life as our awareness of time and values align with the world we have created. Habits are not apps, but apps often become habits. Like everything in modern life, technology tends to amplify who we are and what we value.
